August 18th The Silkworm By, Robert Galbraith

The first third was disappointing, but the next two thirds were great The mystery turns and twists with unexpected thrills. Robin is more involved, and I was happy because I enjoy her character. The whole perverse book that is the epicenter of the story, still disturbs me with its graphic characters with strange disfunction and horrific amenities. It made me want to stop reading at the beginning, the ideas presented in the book and the murder of the writer so twisted, it made one want to take a shower of the mind to wash away the words read.

The end makes it worth it, and Strike pulls it out in a memorable fashion!
